After a discussion with our personal trainer, a personalized online training program will be developed for you based on your age, weight, physical abilities, access to equipment, and most importantly, YOUR GOALS! The online program will be tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone, pack on muscles, improve your flexibility, or add 25 pounds to your bench press, a detailed plan will assist you towards your goal. Each week, you’ll receive 3 workouts with detailed instructions on set and rep counts, pictures of each exercise, and the proper order in which to do your workout. Every week, the workouts will change and the intensity will be varied in order to ensure progression.

3 months (36 workouts)- $300
6 months (72 workouts)- $500
